Collect Information
Groups
Employees can join or be automatically added to community groups based on the company unit that they belong to or join open groups based on interest they have. Groups can be open, closed or hidden and users can post updates, share media and comment on the group activities of each other.
Messaging
Users can chat on the platform through private messaging or through group chats. Media and files can be shared through the chat to single users or multiple. If the app is taken as well you can leverage the full use of live messaging with users getting push notifications on their phones of new messages just like with your typical social media.
News Feed
In the newsfeed you can see all the latest updates in the community. New posts from groups that users are members of will appear that as well as updates of users that you have added as your connections. System admins can pin posts on the news feed that everyone are then able to see first.
Tiles
Multiple types of information can be displayed on tiles around the news feed. You can choose for example display the daily or weekly menu for your canteen. Display useful external links, show information about active groups and the lates updates to the knowledge base.
App
You can make as an branded app that your employees can download to their phone and use for live messaging, posting and liking comments and stay current on anything going on withing the company platform just like with your typical social media.
